  • Are pets allowed?

    Yes, pets are allowed with some restrictions. There is a fee of $50/month per pet. Please contact us for full details regarding pet policies and breed restrictions.

  • What internet providers service the building?

    Both Xfinity and Verizon Fios are available in the building. There are additional providers who offer cellular-based internet options, such as T-Mobile. 

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    All maintenance requests should be submitted through the resident online portal. For urgent issues, an emergency maintenance phone number is provided in your lease.

  • How much does it cost to apply?

    Our application fee is $50 per person for anyone over the age of 18 who will be living in the apartment. The application is fully digital, so you don't have to worry about scanning papers!

  • Do you allow co-signers or guarantors?

    Yes. We welcome co-signers for applicants who may not independently meet the income or credit requirements.

  • Is parking available?

    There are two, free overnight parking lots that are available on a firtst come, first served basis. It is not possible to reserve a parking spot. 

  • Are Utilities included?

    Residents pay electric to PECO directly. Water & Sewer is additional $60 per month. Trash is $15 per month. There is no gas service at this property. 

  • How do I schedule a tour?

    We offer same day tours on vacant units. Occupied units require at least 24 hours notice. To schedule a tour, please head over to our Contact page to get in touch! 

  • Do you offer virtual tours?

    If you're in town, we always prefer that you tour the unit in person to get the true feel for the space. If you're not local, we're happy to coordinate virtual showings, extra pictures, specific measurements, or any other information that would be helpful.
